Care For Your

Brenda Brain

Brenda Brain is smart and a little quirky and always likes to get people thinking about how things work. Brenda loves when her person reads and learns new things. She’s like our body’s computer so it’s important to keep her sharp. We do this by feeding her Omega 3’s like walnuts and fish low in mercury as well as nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables like blueberries brussels sprouts and pomegranates.

Build Your

Bonnie Bone

Bonnie has a big job to do! As our body’s skeleton, she is focused on keeping us standing straight and our arms and legs long. Without her, we would just be a big ball of skin and muscles without any structure at all! To keep Bonnie strong, eat foods high in Calcium and Magnesium like yogurt, cheese and milk, dark leafy green vegetables, almonds, salmon, lentils, edamame and tofu.

Help Your

Heather Heart

Heather Heart is so sweet and full of pizazz! She cares for us by pumping blood throughout our entire body. Heather pumps slower when we’re relaxing and faster when we’re moving about. To pump hard like she should and to get blood to all areas of our bodies, we need to exercise regularly and eat foods that strengthen her. Heather loves fish like salmon, as well as avocados, oatmeal, nuts and seeds and even a couple pieces of dark chocolate!

Arm Your

Captain Luke

Captain Luke is our body’s defense system like an Army for our insides! He is brave and confident and protective against things that can hurt us or make us sick. He is happiest when he is fighting the good fight against germs and pathogens to keep the body healthy. Help build Captain Luke’s army by eating oranges, berries, bell peppers, fresh yogurt and even fresh garlic!

Strengthen Your

Max Muscle

Max Muscle is strong and athletic. He loves facing new challenges like going across monkey bars or climbing a tree. Max knows that he needs to work hard to achieve his goals and he doesn’t give up easily. Max works hard for us but needs us to choose power foods carefully so that he can recover quickly and get back to work! Feed him good proteins like chicken, turkey, lean beef, and eggs and healthy carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes and quinoa. Vegetables help him rebuild so grab some asparagus, spinach and broccoli as well!
